About Fulmis
A GPU neocloud for Latin America. We build and run NVIDIA clusters in a Santiago data centre, on hardware we buy against a customer's contract or on hardware the customer brings. We started in August 2026. HGX B200 and B300 nodes go live from December 2026 and the first GB300 hall in Q1 2027. Everything the first hall needs is in place except the offtaker.
What we do ourselves
The specification
The platform specification the infrastructure is priced against: hardware, fabric, storage, software, acceptance.
The purchase
The purchase order with the OEM, and the financing behind it, when the hardware is ours. When it is yours, the delivery and the acceptance.
Import and customs
Fulmis is the importer of record in Chile. Duty, IVA and the export qualification are settled in the deployment plan before anything ships.
Commissioning
Burn-in against the vendor baseline, acceptance signed before the term starts.
Operations
Slurm, Kubernetes, the fabric, the storage, the on-call. One company, in one place, for the whole term.
The customer
We originate the demand and we hold the contract. Nobody between you and the cluster.
What we do with partners
The building and its power come from established Santiago data centre operators. Fit-out work, where a hall needs it, is done by our EPC contractor, who also builds the 20 MW campus. The hardware is quoted and built by the OEMs. Each role is written down, and nobody presents themselves as holding another's.
